Native variety of the area. It is a variety with a very late ripening cycle, being the last variety to be harvested in our region, hence its name.

Native variety of the area. Production: Selected grapes harvested with optimum ripeness, which are de-shaved and crushed, followed by skin-dry maceration at low temperature, subsequent bleeding of the flower must and fermentation with temperature control to obtain maximum aromatic expression.
